Sharon A. Simmons-Wright
Artistic Director/Founder of JTP4
Mrs. Simmons-Wright, the Artistic Director of JTP, Inc., possesses a Master's Degree in education and has over 25 years as a licensed and energetic educator. She is also an experienced principle dancer, dance instructor and choreographer.
Marc Royale
Assistant Artistic Director/Hip Hop Instructor
Marc "FullOut" Royale is a professional dancer and up and coming choreographer hailing from Queens, New York. Royale trains professionally at various New York studios and is also a graduate of Rock the Industry training under the legendary Luam. Marc's' love for dance is very clear when watching him move, his personality, fight and drive is very admirable and inspiring to many, he is definitely bringing something different to the table!

Sierra Nelson
Marketing/ Tap & Musical Theater Instructor
Sierra Nelson has been performing her entire life and her range spans 3 octaves. Since the age of 6 she has studied dance, vocals, acting and figure skating at various institutions including the Alvin Ailey School, Harlem School Of The Arts, TADA!, Figure Skating In Harlem and The Rosetta Lenoire musical theater program AMAS. She sings everything from Contemporary Pop to Musical Theater and her musical influences include but are not limited to Tina Turner, Ella Fitzgerald, QUEEN, Beyonce, and Barbra Streisand.
Ariel Harper
Ballet & Dance Tech Instructor
Ariel Harper has trained at the Ailey School and the Martha Graham Young Artist Program. During her time at the Young Artist Program, Harper performed in the 2012 All-City Panorama performance at the Joyce Theater. Harper attended Northwestern University and earned a Bachelors of Science in Dance and African American studies. She has performed in Garth Fagan’s “Two Pieces of One: Green” and presented her own choreography at the American College Dance Association’s North-Central Conference. Harper is excited to work in her hometown and aims to grow their technique and love for the arts!
Najee Green
Creative Movement, Ballet, Tap & Hip Hop Instructor
Najèe A. Green born and raised in the Bronx has an electric background in many forms of dance. At the age of 13, she joined her dance team at Harry S Truman High School. Within her high school career, she began studying ballet and modern. She began performing for community events and SASF, a sports and arts program. In the year 2013, she then attended Mind-builders Creative Arts Center where she continued her studies and took up Tap, hip-hop, also Pre-professional. Throughout her years she’s remained a sensation accompanying many choreographers and performing at places such as The National Black Theater.
